Called Maria directly about the Q2 Financial Report. She's waiting on the CFO to review before submitting — but the CFO has been "unavailable" for a week. This is a classic founder bottleneck. Told her to submit a draft version now and iterate. Deadline can't keep slipping.

Kicked off Phase 2. Energy in the room was good but I noticed two of their senior people are still doing customer support on the side.
